SHE physical therapy provides care to prenatal and postpartum women, people with pelvic dysfunction and pain, as well as all general orthopedic conditions. You will be evaluated and treated by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Your treatment may include manual therapy, soft tissue mobilization, education on proper body and lifting mechanics, exercise progression, integration of neuromuscular techniques, all while addressing your unique needs and goals! Our background in orthopedics allows us to treat your body as a whole and to provide a holistic treatment vs one that focuses on one body part. We pride ourselves on treating the WHOLE you to get you back to a confident, fulfilling life without symptoms.

Pregnancy comes with physical changes, discomfort, and challenges that are often dismissed as “normal.”
Our pregnancy program is specifically designed to help prepare your body for labor and delivery. During your program, we provide education and hands-on guidance including:
At SHE Physical Therapy we recognize a need for quality and patient-centered care for women. After starting a family of our own, we knew that this area of rehab needed to be more readily accessible and a standard of care for all women! Our hope is that when we come to see you, that you feel heard, understood, and truly taken care of. Our treatment approach and plan of care is established by the therapist and patient to meet your specific goals and to return activities you would like to enjoy. We want to educate and empower you by giving you the tools you need to return to the things and people you love.
